Mayne Island’s Health Centre is located at 529 Felix Jack Rd. It houses a family physician, nurse practitioner, and emergency services as well as complementary health care support services. Please note that the Health Centre Clinic does not offer walk-in services. In an emergency dial 911. |
Mayne Island Fire Rescue
Mayne Island Fire Rescue is located at 520A Felix Jack Rd. They are committed to providing fire protection services to all residents, business, properties, and visitors of Mayne Island. For emergencies dial 9-1-1 immediately. For general inquiries call 250-539-5156. After hours: Contact the after hours Duty Officer for urgent, non-emergency use only. Southern Gulf Islands Emergency Program
The Southern Gulf Islands Emergency Program (SGIEP) is assists the public in preparing for, responding to, and recovering from 18 identified hazards in our area.
The program includes Emergency Community Coordination Centres, Emergency Support Services, Reception Centres, and Neighbourhood programs. Together with Disaster Communications and Search & Rescue, these services provide comprehensive support to our First Responding Agencies: RCMP, Fire Depts, BC Ambulance, Royal Canadian Marine SAR, and the general public.
